Notice of RFQ for MGSD Construction Management at Risk

It is the Owner’s intention to select a Construction Manager at Risk for the construction of a new middle school, as approved by the MGSD Board of Education.  Information required to respond to this RFQ is available at this link:  RFQ for CM at R.

Construction Management at Risk firms wishing to be considered for these projects are requested to submit their qualifications per the instructions on this website.  Qualifications will be received until 4:00 p.m. March 12, 2020, at 305 North Main Street, Mooresville, NC 28115. The requests will be received by the receptionist and should be to the attention of Mrs. Terry K. Haas. You may e-mail thaas@mgsd.k12.nc.us.
