Title 1 Information

Icons for family, community, and school surrounding an icon of a graduate with MGSD logo in left corner and the words Title I at the top.

Title I is crucial for our school as it provides essential funding and resources to support the academic success of all students. This program helps us implement targeted interventions, offer additional instructional support, and create a more equitable learning environment. Through Title I, we can enhance educational opportunities, ensure that every student has access to quality education, and work towards closing achievement gaps, ultimately leading to better outcomes for our entire school community. Park View Elementary School is a School-Wide Title 1 school. Parent/guardian involvement is an essential part of the Title I program. We encourage you to participate in the many and frequent opportunities this year. All parents, students, and staff are asked to review the Family/Student/School Compact, stating their responsibilities in helping our students improve academic achievement. This document emphasizes building and developing a partnership between parents, school staff, and students to help our students achieve the state's high academic standards.

Annually, you receive a Title 1 Compact after our school writes and approves our School Improvement Plan for the year. The Title I Compact will be shared through our ParentSquare communication for you to review.  A paper copy can be requested from the front office as well. Thank you!
